Refund Policy

At SymbioForge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. This policy explains how refunds work for all paid products, credit purchases, and subscriptions on our platform.
1. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased via the platform are non-refundable once added to your account, as they are immediately available for use. If a payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact support within 14 days with proof of the error and we will issue a correction or refund to your original payment method.
Exception: If you have not used any purchased credits and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
2. Agent Rental Refund Window
You may request a refund for an agent rental within 7 days of your rental start date if you have used the rented agent 3 times or fewer. Requests made after 7 days or after exceeding 3 uses are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are credited back to your credit balance.
3. Subscriptions & Memberships
Subscription plans (Pro, Team, etc.) can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access and any remaining credits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription purchase and have not used any subscription credits, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Navigate to your purchase history in Settings → Billing
- Click 'Request Refund' on the eligible purchase
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
- Our team will review and process your request
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed as soon as possible. Credit refunds are applied instantly. Payment method refunds are returned via Creem and may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Agent rentals exceeding the 7-day window or 3-use limit
- Free agents or free-tier services
- Credits already consumed (used for AI generation, agent rentals, etc.)
- Seller license fees ($99/year) after the 7-day cooling-off period
