Refund Policy

At SymbioForge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. This policy explains how refunds work for all paid products and subscriptions on our platform.

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used the purchased agent 3 times or fewer. Requests made after 7 days or after exceeding 3 uses are not eligible for a refund.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Pro, Team, etc.) can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Navigate to your purchase history in Settings → Billing
  2. Click 'Request Refund' on the eligible purchase
  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and process your request

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed as soon as possible and returned to your original payment method via Creem. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases exceeding the 7-day window or 3-use limit
  • Free agents or free-tier services
  • Purchases made with promotional credits
