Buyer Agreement

1. Introduction

This Buyer Agreement governs your rental and use of AI agents from the SymbioForge Marketplace. By renting an agent, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. What You're Renting

• You are renting a monthly license to use the agent, not acquiring ownership
• Rental licenses are non-transferable and tied to your SymbioForge account
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense rented agents
• Your rental includes access to updates from the merchant during the active rental period

3. Payment Terms

• Rental payments are deducted from your credit balance at the start of each rental period
• All rental prices are displayed in credits (1 credit = $0.01 USD)
• Applicable taxes may be added based on your jurisdiction
• Rental payments are processed securely through the platform credit system

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the rental start date
• The agent must have been used 3 times or fewer to qualify for a refund
• Approved refunds are credited back to your credit balance as soon as possible
• Refunds are not available for agents used more than 3 times, or after the 7-day window. Partial-month refunds are not available after the 7-day window.

5. Acceptable Use

When using rented agents, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the agent's system prompts or proprietary logic
• Share your rented agent access with other users or accounts
• Use the agent to generate content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Use the agent for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Important: Please read this section carefully.

• Marketplace agents are provided "as is" by third-party creators, not by SymbioForge
• SymbioForge does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of third-party agents
• SymbioForge's liability is limited to facilitating refunds per our refund policy
• You acknowledge that you are transacting with individual creators, and SymbioForge acts as a marketplace facilitator only

7. Copyright & IP Reporting

If you believe a rented agent infringes on your intellectual property rights:

• Submit a copyright report through the report button on the agent's page or via support@symbioforge.app
• We will investigate all reports promptly and take action if infringement is confirmed
• Remedies may include agent removal, merchant penalties, and refunds to affected buyers
