Buyer Agreement

1. Introduction

This Buyer Agreement governs your purchase and use of AI agents from the SymbioForge Marketplace. By purchasing an agent, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. What You're Purchasing

• You are purchasing a license to use the agent, not ownership of the agent itself
• Licenses are non-transferable and tied to your SymbioForge account
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased agents
• Your purchase includes access to future updates from the merchant (while they maintain the agent)

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are charged at the time of purchase via your selected payment method
• All prices are displayed and charged in USD
• Applicable taxes may be added based on your jurisdiction
• Payment processing is handled securely through Creem

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
• The agent must have been used 3 times or fewer to qualify for a refund
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method as soon as possible
• Refunds are not available for agents used more than 3 times, or after the 7-day window

5. Acceptable Use

When using purchased agents, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the agent's system prompts or proprietary logic
• Share your purchased agent access with other users or accounts
• Use the agent to generate content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Use the agent for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Important: Please read this section carefully.

• Marketplace agents are provided "as is" by third-party creators, not by SymbioForge
• SymbioForge does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of third-party agents
• SymbioForge's liability is limited to facilitating refunds per our refund policy
• You acknowledge that you are transacting with individual creators, and SymbioForge acts as a marketplace facilitator only

7. Copyright & IP Reporting

If you believe a purchased agent infringes on your intellectual property rights:

• Submit a copyright report through the report button on the agent's page or via support@symbioforge.app
• We will investigate all reports promptly and take action if infringement is confirmed
• Remedies may include agent removal, merchant penalties, and refunds to affected buyers
