1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SymbioForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SymbioForge. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Service Description

SymbioForge is a collaborative platform that enables users to work with AI agents to develop products. The service includes:

• Group chat workspaces with AI agents (Product Manager, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, UI Designer, Test Engineer, Copywriter)
• AI-powered collaboration through an orchestration engine
• Real-time output panels displaying generated code, documents, and designs
• Project export and artifact management

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use SymbioForge to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code
• Abuse the AI agents or attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means
• Generate malicious code, malware, or exploit code intended for unauthorized access
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and input into SymbioForge, including project descriptions, messages, and specifications you provide to AI agents.

AI-Generated Output

Code, documents, designs, and other artifacts generated by AI agents in response to your prompts are granted to you for use without restriction. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize AI-generated outputs freely. However, AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of originality or non-infringement.

Platform Intellectual Property

The SymbioForge platform, including its design, code, algorithms, AI orchestration engine, agent system prompts, and branding, remains our exclusive intellectual property.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bugs — it is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or production-ready
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code before deploying it in any environment
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content in production
• AI agents do not provide professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice

8. Code Execution

SymbioForge may execute code in sandboxed environments for preview and testing purposes. Code execution is subject to resource limits (CPU, memory, time) and network restrictions. We are not responsible for the behavior of code executed within the sandbox.

9. Third-Party Services

SymbioForge integrates with third-party services including AI model providers, authentication services (Supabase), payment processing (Creem), and cloud storage. Payment processing is provided by Creem (https://www.creem.io), which may have separate terms and policies. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SymbioForge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SymbioForge is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SymbioForge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
