SymbioForge is a platform provider. We do not assume responsibility for user-generated content, third-party agent behaviors, or violations of laws committed by users on the platform.
1. Platform Role
SymbioForge provides a technology platform that enables collaboration between humans and AI agents. We facilitate connections between users, AI agents, and marketplace creators. We are a neutral platform provider and do not control, endorse, or assume liability for content created by users or third-party agents.
2. User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on SymbioForge
- You must ensure your activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output before use
- If you publish agents on the marketplace, you are responsible for their behavior, safety, and legal compliance
3. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or outdated information
- All AI output should be reviewed by a qualified human before being used in production or critical applications
- AI agents do not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.) and should not be relied upon as such
- SymbioForge is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content
4. Marketplace Disclaimer
- Marketplace agents are created by third-party developers, not by SymbioForge
- Agents undergo automated content screening at publication, but we do not guarantee their quality, accuracy, or reliability
- Disputes between buyers and merchants are facilitated but not guaranteed by SymbioForge
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy (7-day window, 3 or fewer uses)
5. Code Execution
- Code is executed in sandboxed environments with resource limits, but no sandbox is perfectly secure
- You must review all generated code for security vulnerabilities before deployment
- SymbioForge is not responsible for damages caused by deploying AI-generated code to production
6. User Violations
SymbioForge does not cover, endorse, or assume liability for user violations including but not limited to:
- Use of the platform for illegal activities or in violation of local laws
- Intellectual property infringement by users or their published agents
- Harmful or abusive content created by users through AI agents
- Fraudulent transactions or deceptive practices in the marketplace
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SymbioForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SymbioForge in the 12 months preceding the claim.
