Stage 1 — Find the direction: from "I don't know what to build" to "I know where to start"
Where you are: Execution isn't the hard part. Not knowing what to build is. What's shifting in the industry, what others are doing, where the opening is — you piece it together from whatever crossed your feed.
In the product:
The AI Frontier feed keeps you on top of what's moving and sparks ideas. It's a platform-level entry point, not buried inside a chat — because choosing a direction happens before work starts.
From there you can run a deep analysis of an industry or direction: trends, competitive landscape, where the opening is. The result is a structured report that turns into a project in one click, carrying its findings into the project context automatically — you never have to re-explain to the agents what you just read.

Stage 2 — Build it: from "I have an idea" to "I have the finished thing"
Where you are: You know what to build. You don't know who to ask, how to break it down, or whether what came back is actually complete.
Just say the goal; something else builds the team
Forge, the project steward, reads the intent, breaks it down, picks the specialists, and tells you:

It's restrained: when nothing was dispatched it says nothing, and when you @mentioned people yourself it stays quiet. Missing a role? It offers to add it in one click.

Something checks the work for you
The AI says it created services/payment.ts. You believe it, and find out much later the file was never there. If you're not an engineer, you can't catch that.
So after the work lands, Forge runs deterministic checks: does the file actually exist, are the code's brackets balanced (unbalanced means truncated), is the output empty or just a TODO. Failures get sent back, and you're told:
I sent this back to Backend Dev: a promised file was never produced (services/payment.ts). The corrected version is above.
The point is to take verification off your plate — every "sent back" reflects a re-run that genuinely happened, and every reason is something you can open and confirm. It exists so you can safely stop checking.

Someone writing a proposal never sees "Development", or a Preview tab that's always empty. What you get are real files: .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, PDF, images, short video — stored with version history, downloadable, pushable to your own GitHub, or exported as a package.
The rules you set, it keeps
Say "always reply in English" or "always use Prisma" and the rule holds across every project. Only rules you state explicitly are recorded, stored verbatim, never summarised — so a rule stays inspectable, editable and revocable, and the system never invents a preference you didn't state.
Stage 3 — Get it seen: from "it's done" to "people can find it"
Where you are: The most skipped step, and the most costly. It's built. Now what? Nobody searches for it, nobody knows it exists — finished isn't the same as used.

A built-in visibility engine covering three things:
- SEO — can traditional search engines find you
- AEO — will you come up in AI question-answering
- GEO — will generative engines cite you in their answers
It doesn't just hand you a score. It gives specific suggestions, generates the fix code directly, compares you against competitors item by item, sets up scheduled monitoring with trend lines, and exports reports.
A report saying "92/100" means nothing. What means something is knowing which line to change — and being handed the change.
Sharing and community — so the work finds people
Finished projects get a share link that opens without an account. You can also post work to the community — shown in the feed, commented on, reshared.
There are friends, direct messages, contacts and per-project discussion threads too, because often what you need isn't to grind alone — it's two sentences of feedback from someone.
Stage 4 — Turn it into income: from "it works for me" to "people pay for it"
Where you are: You've worked out an agent setup that really works — particular prompts, a particular way of working. Right now it's valuable to one person.
Agent Studio — build your own agent
No code required. Define its role, prompt, scope and avatar, test-run it in the Playground, publish when you're happy. A publish checklist helps you confirm the quality first.
The agent marketplace — turn it into income
Once published, others can install or rent it monthly. You set the price, see revenue and usage analytics, and collect reviews. To trade properly, you can apply to become a seller.
And for you as a user, it means: when the seven preset roles aren't enough, someone else's tuned specialist is already there — no need to work it out from scratch.
One person's experience becomes everyone's tool; everyone's tools become your income.
One honest limit
AI won't work out what you should build. Who you serve, what problem you solve, where your limits are — that's yours. Which is exactly why you're the decision-maker, and Forge runs execution.
